Our U14 Program is for girls born in either 2011 or 2012. Age of participants is based on the US Soccer Association's age/season matrix.

All games are played on Saturday's at varying locations across the Treasure Valley. In order to offer a more competitive program for our U12 participants, we play in Idaho Youth Soccer Association's League America (formerly called Outback League) which consists of teams from all over the Treasure Valley. All game schedules and locations are generated by IYSA.

Each team will hold at least two practices during the week locally in Kuna. Practices are scheduled and set up by the coaches.

Our program is designed to teach team sport fundamentals, basic soccer skills and sportsmanship.

Our teams are led by parent volunteer coaches and skill levels may vary. If you are interested in coaching, please email soccer@kunapal.org before registering. All volunteer coaches are rewarded with a free registration for the child they coach. Both Coaches and assistant coaching count towards your family's KPAL volunteer requirement. KPAL requires all families to help by volunteering 5 hours or pay a $25 opt-out fee. If you opt to volunteer, our Volunteer Coordinator will be in touch. Volunteer roles include coaching/assisting, field set up, sponsorships and other season help.

Sportsmanship is a cornerstone of KPAL and strictly enforced.
